If you are a retail customer and would like to purchase something from Altiplano, we are pleased to offer a limited selection of Altiplano products online. Our more extensive collection, is available in many wonderful shops across the country. We encourage you to visit them, shop locally wherever you are, and to let us know if there is a store near you that isn’t, but should be, carrying our things! Shipping

We ship UPS to anywhere in the US. We currently do not ship retail orders outside the US. If you are a wholesaler outside the US, please contact us for shipping options.

Returns and exchanges

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 14 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please call our customer service number 1.802.258.4899 for a Return Authoization (RA) number.

All returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and the RA, and sent to:
