If you are a retail customer and would like to purchase something from Altiplano, we are pleased to offer a limited selection of Altiplano products online. Our more extensive collection, is available in many wonderful shops across the country. We encourage you to visit them, shop locally wherever you are, and to let us know if there is a store near you that isn’t, but should be, carrying our things! Check out the "store locater" to find the store nearest you.

Payment options

Altiplano accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover. Sorry we do NOT accept American Express.

Shipping

We ship UPS or USPS to anywhere in the US, Canada and Australia. Please note that regular 1st class mail is not trackable and if you choose this option we can NOT be responsible for lost packages. Priority and Express mail, as well as all UPS packages, are trackable.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please call our customer service number 1.802.258.4899 for a Return Authoization (RA) number.

All returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and the RA.

Wholesale Ordering

All opening orders are credit card or COD and must be a minimum of $200. Minimum re-order is $100. If you are an established wholesale customer, whom we have a credit card on file for, you now have the option to have us charge your credit card when we ship your order. If we don't have your card on file and you would like to use this option, please make sure to include a phone number with your order so we can call you for payment at ship time. Shipping costs are based on weight. On large orders shipping charges may exceed actual shipping cost, in which case we will refund you credit card the day following the ship date, or adjust the cost at the time of invoicing for net 30 customers.
